Preparation:
"In a baking dish, greased with oil, put all the meats together. Season and pour water with a little olive oil.
-Place the tray in the oven and roast meats. Go to turning leaves browning on all sides. You have to watch to not make us too, so it is not dry.
"As soon as the meat is medium roast, which already have some color, add a splash of brandy and after a while, pour the chopped vegetables, along with rosemary and laurel, except tomatoes. Tomatoes loose a lot of water and would not roast but all other vegetables. It should be added when the vegetables have been caught and lost its water color. See the whole recipe .....
