When we are immersed in the daily maelstrom, our work and family obligations we sometimes inhibit look beyond the routine and I am sure many of us wonder at some point if everything we do has meaning. I've often wondered-perhaps too-and although it is a question that involves the arduous task of finding an answer is also very rewarding to find the path related thoughts that make you feel calm and peaceful.
In this search for meaning I found a book I recommend to anyone who suffers and we find meaning in the misfortunes that have happened or just to adverse circumstances to be found in day to day. It's called "Man's Search for Meaning" of the Austrian psychiatrist Viktor Frankl. It is an easy book to read and that without highly technical vocabulary, could not better explain how to find meaning in life. Continue reading the article by Francisco Diez Alejandra ....
